angel food mix
1 can of crushed pineapple - just mix the two together without anything else that is listed on the box, & bake according to package direction - but put in a 9 x 12 pan. It's wonderful & has only 3 points on Weight Watchers
size can is 20oz and 12 slices=3pts each.
