Here is a couple of resources for calculating calores:
Calorie King
SparkPeople - add one ingredient at a time
Calorie Count Copy the ingredient list into the box and press 'analyze it'. You do need to go through and verify each item was correctly identified, you may need to click on the correct item from down the page and look in the URL for a 4+ digit number, put it in between [ ] after the ingredient. But it is simpler than typing in each ingredient separately which is the way most nutritional data bases have you do. Go to 'Help' for more info
