Naborhood Sticky Buns

Dough:

Use 1 lb of Naborhood Bakery Parkerhouse, Bread or Donut Dough
They will all work equally well!
Roll dough out using a little flour to aid in the rolling. Dough should be about ½ inch thick.

Filling:
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup dried currents or raisins
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ stick butter, softened

Brush the softened butter on the dough. Stir remaining ingredients together and sprinkle on the dough.
Roll the dough up into a long tube. Cut into 1 ½ inch pieces

Syrup:
1 stick butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tbs. corn syrup
¼ cup heavy cream

Melt butter in saucepan on Medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer two minutes. Pour into a 9X13 pan.

Place cut pieces of rolled dough and filling face side up in the syrup. Let raise for approx 1 hour until double in size. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°
Remove from oven, cool for 10 minutes and invert on serving tray. Serve warm.
